Product Overview
Metal heating plate uses tubular heating elements as heat source. The elements are bent, molded, and cast with aluminum to form various shapes. It fits tightly with heated objects, heats uniformly, has excellent thermal conductivity and long service life. It is an ideal heater at home and abroad.
Insulation layer can be added to save about 20% energy. Mainly used for plastic machinery, ovens, water boilers, pipes, and non-corrosive liquid heating.

Operation Instructions
- Store in dry place; if insulation < 1MΩ, bake at 200℃ for 5~6h to recover
- Working voltage ≤ 10% above rated voltage
- Wiring must be outside heating & insulation layers; shell must be grounded
Safety Notes & Maintenance
- Fix heater firmly; effective heating zone MUST contact heated body — NO dry burning
- Keep surface clean; remove dust/dirt to avoid overheating
- Avoid moisture & contamination at magnesium oxide pipe outlets
- Prevent contact with corrosive, explosive media or water
- Relative humidity ≤ 95%, no flammable/explosive environment
- Clean with common detergent; use fine sandpaper for stubborn dirt
