Cast aluminum heaters take tubular heating elements as heat sources, which are bent into target shapes and centrifugally cast with premium metal alloy housing into various shapes: circular, flat plate, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special irregular forms. After precision machining, they can closely fit heated workpieces. The surface load of cast aluminum heaters can reach 1–3 W/cm², with maximum continuous working temperature ranging from 300℃ to 450℃.

A cast aluminum heater is an efficient uniformly distributed heating component made of high thermal conductivity alloy, eliminating hot spots and cold zones on contact surfaces for consistent temperature output. It features long service life, excellent thermal insulation, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and anti-electromagnetic interference performance. Adding thermal insulation layers on outer radiation surfaces and sintered far-infrared coating on inner heating surfaces can cut power consumption by up to 35%.

1. 1. Operating voltage shall not exceed 110% of rated value; relative humidity ≤95%, working environment free of explosive or corrosive gas.
2. 2. Wiring terminals must be arranged outside heating & insulation layers, with reliable equipment grounding. Avoid contact with corrosive media, explosive substances and water. Lead wires shall withstand long-term terminal temperature and heating load; do not over-tighten terminal screws to prevent thread damage.
3. 3. Store metal cast heaters in dry environment. If insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ after long storage, bake inside a 200℃ oven for 5–6 hours to restore insulation performance, or energize with reduced voltage until resistance recovers.
4. 4. Securely fix the heater with full tight contact between effective heating area and target workpiece; dry firing without load is strictly prohibited. Clear surface dust and contaminants before use to avoid poor heat dissipation and shortened service life.
5. 5. Prevent moisture and pollutants from penetrating magnesium oxide insulation powder at heating tube terminals to eliminate electric leakage hazards.
