Equipped with high-precision digital temperature controller from Yudian (Xiamen), with up to 36 months warranty. The heating system uses imported stainless steel heating tubes, service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary tubes. 450℃ high-temperature models use fully imported heating tubes.
The shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with much higher anti-rust performance than painted steel or SUS201.

LED Aluminum Substrate Soldering Process

LED Chip Soldering Operation Steps
- Connect power and set the required temperature (e.g. Sn64Bi35Ag1: melting point 172℃, set to 220℃).
- When the display reaches the set value, wait a few minutes for temperature stability.
- Print solder paste on the aluminum substrate and place LED chips on it.
- Put the aluminum substrate on the heating plate.
- When the solder paste melts completely (30-50 seconds), remove the substrate. Cooling completes soldering.
