Model Naming Conventions
- F: Split type (Heating unit H:65mm, Control box:170×160×100mm)
- B: With anti-burn protection
- G: High temp type (up to 450℃)
- TG: Ultra high temp type (up to 500℃)
- 850: Ceramic heating plate (up to 850℃)

Operation Method
- Connect power, turn on the power switch (green indicator ON).
- Set temperature: Use < > ∨ ∧ buttons to adjust set value.
- Turn on heating switch (red indicator ON = heating; flashing = constant temperature).
- After use: Turn off heating switch first. Cool for 1 hour, then turn off power.
Safety Notes
- Use 220VAC grounded socket with leakage protection. Ensure power cord is firmly connected.
- Do not open case or modify wiring without professional guidance.
- Do not use near flammable or explosive materials.
- Do not touch heating plate directly — risk of burns!
- Cut off power when not in use or moving the machine.
- Do not block cooling vents.
- Unplug before replacing fuse.

Troubleshooting
- No power: Check fuse and power socket.
- No heating: Heating element broken.
- Display “”orT””: Temperature sensor open circuit.

Remarks
- Temperature may overshoot 3-5℃ at startup, then stabilize automatically.
- White smoke/odor at first use is normal (residual oil), will disappear after use.
- Cracking sound is normal (thermal expansion of heating tubes).
- 24h aging test before delivery. DO NOT modify internal parameters!
