Intelligent Constant Temperature Heating Platform
This heating platform adopts 20mm aerospace aluminum as heating panel. The temperature control range is from room temperature to 400℃ with stable temperature and excellent uniformity. It is widely used in chemical experiments, BGA rework stations and other fields. Equipped with imported Omron temperature controller and PID intelligent algorithm, it features high temperature control accuracy, simple operation and large-font LED display.
1. Application Scope
This product is suitable for sample heating, digestion and drying in agricultural, forestry, environmental protection, geology, petroleum, chemical, food industries, as well as universities and research institutes.
2. Product Features
- Made of cast aluminum, featuring good thermal conductivity, high temperature uniformity, large heating area and fast temperature rise, ideal for sample heating.
- Heating tubes and plate body are integrally cast with premium stainless steel, which is energy-saving, high-efficiency, long-lasting, uniform in heating and safe to use.
- Temperature control system adopts microcomputer chip and LCD display. It supports PID regulation, time setting, temperature calibration and over-temperature alarm, delivering high precision and complete functions.
- RS-485 / RS-232 interface is optional before order. (Extra charge for RS-485 interface: 800)
