The temperature controller applies fuzzy PID algorithm and microprocessor chip, featuring high control accuracy, small temperature overshoot, stable performance and easy operation. Temperature resolution: 0.1℃.

1. Wipe the working panel thoroughly before use. No water droplets, dirt, scale or foreign objects are allowed on the surface.
2. Place test bottles or other containers on the panel before heating to prevent cracking.
3. Keep personnel on duty while the device is working. Do not touch the hot panel to avoid scalding.
4. Turn off the power switch and cut off power after use.
5. Clean the panel again after it is fully cooled down.
6. Ensure the power socket is properly grounded for safety.

1. Connect power supply and turn on the power switch. Set target temperature correctly according to the instrument manual.
2. When reaching the set value, slight temperature overshoot is normal. The heating will stop temporarily, and the temperature will stabilize after 2 to 3 cycles.
3. Place the front end of the temperature sensor on the working panel for accurate temperature display.
4. Slight odor or smoke may occur during the first use, which is caused by heating of thermal insulation materials and will disappear soon.
