1. Cast Aluminum Electric Heating Platform
Tubular heating elements are bent into designed shapes and cast integrally with aluminum alloy to form a large flat heating plate. After precision machining, the cast aluminum heater has smooth surface without casting defects, which can closely fit heated objects. Its surface load reaches 1~3 W/cm² with working temperature ranging from room temperature to 300℃.
The aluminum alloy material delivers excellent thermal conductivity and uniform surface temperature. This product boasts long service life, good thermal insulation, high mechanical strength and anti-magnetic performance. Additional thermal insulation on heat dissipation surface effectively reduces power consumption.

4. Application & Customization
Digital constant temperature heating stages and plates are widely used for sample baking, drying and temperature tests in biology, genetics, biochemistry laboratories, analytical rooms, education and scientific research. They are also applied to extruders, injection molding machines, vulcanizing machines, hydraulic presses, ultrasonic cleaners, semiconductor manufacturing, cable machinery and petroleum equipment.
We provide customized heating platforms with various materials: stainless steel, cast aluminum, cast copper, cast iron and 6061 aluminum alloy. The maximum standard size reaches 3m×2m, and all kinds of non-standard sizes are available.
5. Operation & Maintenance
- Clean the working surface thoroughly before use. No water droplets, dirt or residues are allowed.
- Place sample bottles and containers on the panel properly.
- Switch on the power. Press the SET key to enter setting mode when the digital tube flashes. Use up/down keys to adjust temperature value; long press for fast adjustment. Press SET again to confirm and return to normal operation.
- Assign dedicated staff to supervise during operation.
- Turn off the switch and cut off power after use.

6. Safety Notes
- Operating voltage shall not exceed 110% of the rated voltage.
- Wiring parts must be arranged outside heating and insulation layers. The housing shall be reliably grounded.
- Store cast aluminum heaters in dry environment. If insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ after long-term storage, bake it in an oven at around 200℃ for 5~6 hours for recovery.
- Fix the heater firmly. Ensure the effective heating area closely contacts heated objects. Dry firing is strictly prohibited. Clean dust and contaminants timely to avoid poor heat dissipation and shortened service life.
- Prevent moisture and pollutants from entering the magnesia powder at heating element terminals to avoid electric leakage.
