1. Ensure the power socket is properly grounded.
2. Clean the working panel before and after use. No water droplets, dirt or residues allowed.
3. Place sample containers on the panel before heating to prevent cracking.
4. Turn on power, press SET key to start temperature setting, adjust value via up/down keys, press SET again to confirm. Refer to controller manual for detailed operation.
5. Assign dedicated operator during operation. Do not touch hot surface to avoid scalds.
6. Cut off power after work is completed.

1. After power-on, the display shows signal type, version and range value for about 3 seconds, then enters normal working mode.
2. Temperature & Timing Setting
   • Without timing function: Press SET to enter temperature setting (SP shown). Adjust value and press SET to save and exit. Auto exit if no operation within 1 minute.
   • With timing function: Set temperature first, then press SET to set holding time (ST shown). Save and exit by pressing SET again.
3. Set time = 0: Continuous operation. Set time ≠ 0: Timer starts once reaching target temperature. When time is up, display shows “End” with buzzer alarm. Press down key for 3 seconds to restart. Reset timer if set temperature rises during timing; keep timing if set temperature drops.
4. Sensor Fault Alarm: Display shows “—” when sensor fails or temperature out of range. Heating output cuts off automatically with continuous buzzer and indicator on. Check sensor and wiring.
5. Over-temperature upper limit: buzzer sounds & indicator steady on. Over-temperature lower limit: buzzer sounds & indicator flashes. No buzzer if alarm caused by manual temperature adjustment.
6. Press any key to mute the buzzer.
7. Auto exit setting mode if no operation within 1 minute.

1. Do not scratch the heating panel with hard objects.
2. Avoid touching hot surface during operation to prevent scalds.
3. Turn off switch and cut off power after use.
4. Keep flammable, explosive and corrosive materials away. Arrange on-site supervision during operation.
5. Keep working surface dry and avoid rain.
6. Avoid collision and severe vibration during transportation.
7. Store in dry and cool environment with relative humidity ≤85%.
8. Slight smoke during first heating is normal, caused by volatilization of anti-rust agent.
