5. Operation Guide
- Turn on main switch, red heating indicator illuminates steadily during continuous heating; starts flashing when approaching target temperature and blinks intermittently once stable constant temperature is reached.
- Top controller window (PV) displays real-time measured temperature; bottom window (SV) displays user preset target temperature.
- Arrow keys below controller adjust temperature value; hold key for fast increment/decrement.
- Left shift key moves decimal digit position, combined with up/down arrows for rapid precise setting.
- No confirmation key required after setting; unit automatically heats and maintains target temperature.
Remark: Initial overshoot of 3–5℃ after power-on is normal; temperature stabilizes at set value after 3 minutes. This design improves overall plate temperature uniformity.
Important Note: Units undergo factory aging testing; do not modify internal controller parameters without authorization.

- AC220V power supply required, use three-prong grounded socket with leakage protection switch.
- Only qualified technicians may open cabinet or modify internal wiring.
- Do not touch hot plate surface directly to avoid scald injury.
