1. Product Working Principle
The aluminum electric heating platform adopts tubular heating elements, bent into standardized shapes and cast into large flat plates with aluminum alloy molds. After precision machining, the cast aluminum heater surface is smooth and free of casting defects, enabling tight contact with heated workpieces. The surface load can reach 1–3 W/cm² with an operating temperature range from ambient up to 300℃, serving as a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. Premium aluminum alloy with superior thermal conductivity guarantees even surface temperature and minimal temperature difference across the plate. It features long service life, excellent thermal insulation, robust mechanical performance and anti-magnetic properties. Adding insulation covers on radiating surfaces can effectively reduce power consumption.

6. Operation & Maintenance Procedures
- Wipe the working surface completely before use; no water droplets, dust or foreign residues are allowed on the plate.
- Place sample flasks or lab containers on the heating plate.
- Connect power and turn on main switch. Press SET key when digits flash to enter setting mode; press ▲ to increase value, ▼ to decrease value, hold for fast adjustment. Press SET again to save and exit setting mode.
- A dedicated operator must supervise the equipment during heating operation.
- After finishing work, turn off heating switch and cut off power supply completely.
7. Safety Precautions
- Operating voltage shall not exceed 110% of rated voltage.
- All wiring terminals must be placed outside heating & insulation layers; equipment housing must be reliably grounded.
- Store cast aluminum heaters in dry environment. If insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ after long storage, bake in an oven at ~200℃ for 5–6 hours to recover insulation performance.
- Secure fixed installation; effective heating surface must fully contact target workpiece. Dry running without load is strictly prohibited. Clean dust and contaminants on surface timely to avoid poor heat dissipation and shortened service life.
- Magnesium oxide powder inside heating element terminals shall be protected from moisture and pollutants to prevent electric leakage hazards.

8. Standard Heating Plate Operating Steps
- Connect power supply and turn on power switch; steady green power indicator confirms mains input.
- Turn on heating switch to start operation. Solid red heating lamp = continuous temperature rise; flashing red lamp = stable constant temperature mode with intermittent heating cycles.
- After use, turn off heating switch first. Green power light remains on as a hot surface warning – do not touch plate surface. Cut off main power only after the plate fully cools down (minimum 1 hour recommended).
9. Temperature Controller Display & Indicator Description
Basic Display State: After power-on, upper window displays PV measured temperature value, lower window displays SV target set value. If input measurement signal exceeds range (e.g. thermocouple open circuit), upper window alternately flashes “orA” and upper/lower limit values, and the controller automatically stops heating output.
Four LED indicator lights on front panel: OP1 (main output), AU1 (alarm 1), AU2 (alarm 2), RUN (running status).
