4. Operation Instructions for Digital Programmable Heating Plate

Basic Operation:

  1. Turn on the power switch. Green power indicator stays on when power is connected.
  2. Upper red digits: actual temperature. Lower green digits: set temperature. Press SET to enter setting mode. Use △ / ▽ to adjust value. Press SET again to confirm.
  3. Turn on heating switch. Red heating light on = continuous heating; flashing = constant temperature mode.
  4. After use: turn off heating switch first. Wait until the plate cools down completely (1 hour recommended), then cut off main power. Set temperature to minimum for long-term storage.Auto-ECU-Module-Encapsulation-Heating-Plate

Program Temperature Setting

This device adopts Temperature-Time programming with wide ramp rate range. Uniform setting format for heating and holding segments, flexible curve editing.

1. Time Setting

  • t XX = 1~9999 (min): Running time of current segment
  • t XX = 0: Program Hold
  • t XX = -1~-30: Jump to segment 1~30
  • t XX = -121: Program Stop

Note: Consecutive jumps will trigger automatic pause. Do not set self-jump commands (e.g. t06=-6).

2. Set Value Range

Range: -199.9 ~ +3000.0℃ or -1999 ~ +9999 for target temperature control.

3. Multiple Program Curve Arrangement

The controller restarts from segment 1 after stop. Use the first segment as jump command to switch different curves:

  • t 1 = -2: Run Curve 1 (Segment 2~4)
  • t 1 = -5: Run Curve 2 (Segment 5~7)
  • t 1 = -8: Run Curve 3 (Segment 8~10)

Change the first segment parameter to switch processes. You may also manually set the start segment directly.Selected clients
