Adopts advanced PID digital intelligent temperature control technology. Optional 7-inch color touch screen. No internal connectors or mechanical switches are required for precise temperature regulation, delivering a streamlined and efficient laboratory operation experience.
- 3D Wrapped Uniform Heating for Higher Digestion Efficiency
High-purity graphite heating block features excellent thermal conductivity to deliver even heat to all samples without cold heating zones. Stereoscopic wrapped heating minimizes heat loss and greatly improves efficiency, making up for the defects of traditional flat heating plates.
- Multi-hole Batch Design, Higher Throughput Than Microwave Digester
Supports large-volume batch processing to cut total pretreatment time drastically. Standard configuration: 39 holes for up to 3900 mL liquid samples per batch. Customizable 49-hole, 64-hole or 81-hole versions available. Atmospheric digestion design ensures safer and faster operation compared to microwave digestion instruments.
- Premium Craftsmanship, Easy Maintenance & Operation
Graphite surface coated with anti-corrosion PTFE coating for easy cleaning. The working platform is made of pure PTFE with no exposed metal parts on the whole unit, safe for long-term use in strong acid and strong alkali harsh environments.
- Android Operating System, Powerful & User-Friendly Functions
Equipped with expert-level PID temperature control algorithm and unique visual monitoring interface. Operators can view full real-time digestion parameters via the touch panel, including digestion duration, holding time and current temperature. Custom digestion methods can be edited and saved for different sample types.
- Accurate Real Sample Temperature Monitoring
External temperature probe is optional to capture the actual internal temperature of samples and guarantee complete, thorough digestion results.
