1. Product Features

2. Operating Instructions for Microscope Heating Stage

  1. Place the constant temperature stage on the microscope workbench, then lay the glass slide on the heating panel.
  2. Connect the power cord and turn on the power switch; the digital display indicator will light up.
  3. Temperature setting: Short press the SET key to enter temperature adjustment mode. Press the UP key to increase value or the DOWN key to decrease value to reach the target temperature, then press SET again to return to real-time temperature monitoring mode.
  4. The screen shows real-time detected temperature under normal monitoring status.

Note: This instrument adopts low-power heating design, which takes a long time to heat up. It takes approximately 10–30 minutes to reach the preset temperature for initial use.hot plate voltage

3. Application Scenario for Artificial Insemination Laboratories

Most operations in artificial insemination labs cannot be completed instantly. Sperm is extremely sensitive to drastic temperature changes and exhibits the highest motility at 37°C, so semen must be kept at 35–37°C for most operations, especially during microscopic sperm motility observation. Both slides and coverslips under the microscope need to stay at 35–37°C.

All small labware, tools and instrument parts requiring constant 32–37°C storage can be placed on this digital heating stage for safe, clean and convenient heat preservation. The stage can be directly mounted onto standard microscopes.
