This constant temperature hot plate has two structural types: integrated aluminum surface and split aluminum surface, corresponding to Model A and Model F. Model F adopts a split design separating the heating panel from the controller, so the heating unit can work stably under highly corrosive environments.
1. Applications
The intelligent temperature-controlled hot plate is widely used in agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, geology, petroleum, chemical engineering, food industry, universities and research institutes for sample heating, digestion and drying pretreatment before chemical analysis.
2. Key Product Features of ETOOL Hot Plate
- The plate is cast and machined from aluminum alloy with excellent thermal conductivity and high temperature uniformity. It features large effective heating area and fast temperature rise. The surface is treated with sandblasting for elegant appearance.
- Heating tubes are integrally cast with the plate body, featuring energy saving, high efficiency, even heating, corrosion resistance, long service life and high safety. The thermostat adopts fuzzy PID technology with high control accuracy, small temperature overshoot and stable performance. Timed alarm and automatic power-off functions are available.
- Original top-grade Yudian PID intelligent digital temperature control system with high precision and simple, safe operation.
- High-quality solid-state SSR relay with service life 100 times longer than ordinary contact relays. It has fast response, high reliability, no operating noise, shock resistance and good moisture-proof, mildew-proof and anti-corrosion performance.
- Multiple high-grade stainless steel heating tubes with nichrome heating wire and ultra-high thermal conductivity, low failure rate and easy maintenance.
- Aluminum alloy panel with high thermal conductivity, fast heating and uniform temperature. Its working efficiency is 5~6 times higher than ordinary ovens, and no deformation occurs under long-term high-temperature operation.
- The whole housing is made of SUS304 stainless steel without paint peeling or rusting under normal working conditions.
