Solar Silicon Photovoltaic Process
Applicable to the welding of photovoltaic silicon cells and potting curing of module junction boxes. Constant temperature preheating optimizes ribbon welding effect, avoiding silicon cell cracking and power attenuation. It accelerates junction box glue curing and improves the outdoor waterproof, weather resistance, insulation and voltage resistance of photovoltaic products.![]()
Case 1: Heated Welding for Silicon Cell Ribbons
Application Scenario:
Room-temperature welding of photovoltaic cell interconnect ribbons causes insufficient tension and virtual welding, while sudden high-temperature welding leads to hidden silicon cracks and power attenuation.
Practical Solution:
Preheat silicon cell substrates evenly at a constant 160℃ to adapt to low-temperature ribbon welding. Solder bonds firmly with qualified tension, no hidden cracks or damage on silicon cells, reducing power attenuation and ensuring power generation efficiency and service life.
Case 2: Potting Curing for Photovoltaic Junction Boxes
Application Scenario:
Polyurethane potting glue for photovoltaic junction boxes cures slowly with poor toughness. Long-term outdoor use easily causes degumming, water seepage and insulation failure.
Practical Solution:
Cure the polyurethane glue of photovoltaic junction boxes at a constant 70℃. The glue cures thoroughly with high toughness and adhesion. Finished products resist high and low temperatures and aging, with qualified outdoor waterproof, insulation and voltage resistance performance for long-term outdoor photovoltaic operation.
