3. Operation Steps

  1. Connect power supply and turn on power switch; green power indicator stays lit to signal power input.
  2. Turn on heating switch to start operation. Solid red heating lamp = continuous heating; flashing red lamp = constant temperature holding with intermittent heating.
  3. After use, turn off heating switch first. Green power light remains on as a warning — do not touch hot surface. Wait at least 1 hour for full cooling before cutting main power.

4. Component Introduction

  1. Aluminum platform: 20mm thick high-grade mirror-finish aluminum alloy, fixed by 4 screws for easy disassembly, convenient for heating tube maintenance & replacement.
  2. SUS304 stainless steel support posts to keep the aluminum platform perfectly horizontal.
  3. Heating switch: activate to heat up and reach constant temperature.
  4. Heating indicator light: on during heating; steady = target temp unreached, flash = constant temperature state.
  5. Power indicator: always lit when 220V AC power is connected; off means no power supply.

5. Safety Precautions

  1. Place the unit on a flat horizontal desktop; the aluminum platform is calibrated with a level gauge at factory, no readjustment needed.
  2. Do not block cabinet ventilation slots to avoid poor heat dissipation. Never insert metal objects into vents to prevent electric shock hazard.
  3. Avoid long-term operation in highly humid or corrosive environments which will damage the equipment surface.

6. Maintenance & Care Instructions

  1. Rated power supply: 220V AC, must use grounded three-hole socket and leakage circuit breaker. Fully insert power plug into rear port to avoid poor contact and arcing damage.
  2. Non-professional personnel shall not open the cabinet or modify internal wiring.
  3. Forbid use near flammable, explosive and combustible materials.
  4. Never touch hot heating surface directly to prevent scald injury.
  5. Cut off power completely when not in use to avoid safety accidents.
  6. Disconnect power and cool to ambient temperature fully before moving the heating platform.
  7. Do not block side air intake vents of the air cooling system.
  8. Unplug power cord before replacing fuse to prevent electric shock risk.
  9. Cleaning: Use standard detergent and industrial water. For heavy solid residue, polish lightly with fine sandpaper.
