1. Product Features
- Adopts original Yudian PID intelligent digital temperature controller, high precision, safe and easy operation.
- Equipped with high-quality SSR relay, service life is 100 times that of ordinary contact relays.
- Multi high-quality stainless steel heating tubes, convenient maintenance, low failure rate.
- Whole panel made of aluminum alloy: high thermal conductivity, fast heating, uniform temperature.

3. Operating Instructions
- Connect power, turn on POWER switch. Green POWER indicator lights up.
- Turn on HEAT switch. Red HEAT indicator on = heating; flashing = constant temperature.
- After use: turn off HEAT first. Wait until fully cooled (1 hour recommended), then turn off POWER.

5. Parameter Settings
1. Long press Ο key to enter parameter menu.

2. Set temperature: Use ∧ / ∨ / < keys to adjust SV value.
3. AT Auto-tuning: Long press < 2s → set AT=ON → confirm. The controller will auto-calibrate PID parameters.
6. Safety Precautions
- Use 220VAC with grounded socket and leakage protector.
- Do not open casing or modify wiring without professional guidance.
- Avoid touching heating plate to prevent burns.
- Disconnect power when not in use for long time.
- Do not block air vents.
- Unplug before replacing fuse.
7. Important Notes
- Ensure power cord is firmly connected.
- Initial temperature may overshoot 3-5℃, then stabilize automatically.
- White smoke/odor on first use is normal (residual oil evaporation).
- Slight clicking sound is normal (thermal expansion of heating tube).
- Do not modify internal parameters; factory calibrated for 24h.
