The heating plate is equipped with a 304 stainless steel cover to prevent scalding and dust. Customizable.

Product Structure & Function

The flip-top heating platform is equipped with a SUS304 stainless steel cover. It prevents scalding when not in use and keeps dust away from the heating surface. Standard stock models do not include a cover; covers can be customized according to customer requirements.

Adopts fast-heating plate heater, safe and efficient for soldering/desoldering SMD components: SOP, SOJ, QFP, PLCC, BGA. PID control ensures accuracy ±1℃, avoiding component damage.

IV. Operating Instructions

1. Connect power, turn on POWER switch. Green power indicator lights up.
2. Turn on HEAT switch. Red indicator ON = heating; Flashing = constant temperature.
3. After use: turn off HEAT first. Do not touch hot surface. Wait 1 hour for cooling, then turn off POWER.

V. Important Notes

• The initial temperature may exceed the set value by 3~5℃, then stabilize automatically to improve uniformity.
• Ensure the power cord is firmly connected to avoid burning the socket.
• White smoke/odor on first use is normal (residual oil evaporates).
• Slight clicking sound is normal (thermal expansion of heating tube).
• Dual fuses are built-in for safety protection.

• 12-month free warranty for whole machine (non-human damage); heating tube: 6 months.
• Lifetime paid maintenance after warranty period.
