Product Overview

Benchtop standard model: 300*400mm, economical and easy to operate. Mainly used for uniform glue application on EPE foam, sponge, foam, EVA, cardboard and other materials for bonding and forming.

The new smokeless constant temperature heating plate is developed by Suzhou Shenghui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for EPE packaging manufacturers. It features easy operation, environmental protection, economy, no glue silk, no yellowing, and stable performance.

Operating Instructions

1. Connect power and turn on the main power switch. The power indicator lights up.
2. Turn on the heating switch. The heating indicator lights up continuously when heating; flashes when constant temperature is reached.
3. After use: turn off the heating switch first. Do not touch the hot surface. Wait until fully cooled (about 1 hour), then turn off the power switch.

Product Components & Safety Notes

• Main Power Switch: Inspect the machine before powering on.
• Fuse: If the controller does not work, check and replace the fuse (power off before replacement).
• Temperature Controller: Used to adjust temperature; follow recommended settings for bonding.
• Smokeless Heating Plate:
  • Warm-up time: 5~10 minutes
  • Special eco-friendly coated surface – do not scratch with sharp objects (nails, tools)
  • Clean residue with a soft cloth
  • Keep children away when heated
  • Slight smoke on first use is normal
