- Keep heating plate surface clean; clean regularly with anhydrous ethanol.
- Clear solder residue only when fully molten; never scrape with blades or metal hard tools to avoid surface scratches.
- For residual flux contamination: cut off main power and cool the unit completely. Spray dedicated cleaner on the plate, wipe residue away with soft cloth after dissolution, then polish the surface with soft cloth dampened with anhydrous ethanol.
