Product Introduction
Cast copper heating plate takes metal electric heating tubes as heating elements, bent and molded with high-quality copper shell via die-casting or centrifugal casting. Features: excellent thermal conductivity, long service life, good heat preservation, high mechanical strength, shock resistance, no deformation, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic.
It is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. The high thermal conductivity alloy ensures even temperature and eliminates hot/cold spots. Energy saving up to 35% with external insulation and internal infrared sintering.

Operating Instructions
- Working voltage ≤ 10% of rated; Humidity ≤95%, no explosive/corrosive gas
- Wiring outside heating/insulation layer; casing must be grounded
- Store in dry area; bake at 200℃ for 5-6h if insulation is low
- Tight fit required; NO DRY BURNING; keep surface clean
- Prevent dust/water from entering magnesium oxide powder

Working Principle
The cast copper heater uses alternating magnetic field. The primary and secondary coils on the same core generate high current at low voltage, producing eddy current heat inside metal. It is widely used for metal heat treatment, pre-heating of fuel oil (heavy oil, asphalt), reducing viscosity, improving combustion, and saving energy.
As an induction heater, it generates heat via eddy current while the heater body remains cool. It provides automatic demagnetization to avoid metal dust absorption.
