Lab Vacuum High Temperature Hot Plate & Marble Test Bench
High-temperature heating stage, internationally named Hot Plate, also known as photoresist baking machine, glue curing oven or thermal hot plate. It supports vacuum evacuation and filling with nitrogen or other inert shielding gas, with standard temperature control range from ambient temperature to 230℃. Custom sizes and temperature grades are available on request. Laboratory high-temperature stages and standard lab workbenches are both platforms for experimental operations, but there are clear distinctions between them. The high-temperature stage adopts natural marble countertop, mainly used for lab cleaning and high-temperature disinfection work.
1. Material Specification & Operation Description for High Temperature Test Bench
- Countertop: 30mm thick solid black natural marble slab
- Cabinet Body: Made of 1.2mm fingerprint-resistant cold-rolled steel plate. The main support frame is cold-rolled steel with partial components connected by bolts. After forming, all steel parts undergo sandblasting and phosphating pretreatment, then coated with electrostatic epoxy powder and high-temperature cured in baking workshop. The final coating thickness reaches 90μm. The coating is firm and durable, featuring excellent comprehensive performance: high temperature resistance, anti-tilting, anti-slip, anti-vibration, moisture-proof, non-porous, anti-expansion cracking, and corrosion resistance against acid, alkali and chemical solvents.

3. Application Scope of High Temperature Vacuum Equipment
Suitable for thin film baking and curing processes after surface photoresist coating on semiconductor silicon wafers, glass slides, chips, substrates, ITO conductive glass and other lithography substrates. Widely applied in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities for thermal aging tests, drying, baking and high-temperature heat treatment in production, research and teaching experiments.
4. Standard Structure & Load Parameters of Lab Marble Workbench
The high-temperature bench is equipped with 18mm finely polished marble countertop. The cabinet frame is welded from 1.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate as the main load-bearing support structure.
Cabinet types include single-door cabinet, single-door single-drawer cabinet, double-door cabinet and double-door double-drawer cabinet. Each cabinet is fitted with movable internal partition for placing experimental instruments. The partition is made of 0.8mm premium cold-rolled steel with load capacity of 150kg per square meter.
The wall-mounted upper cabinet adopts one-piece bottom plate with double-layer hollow structure, which is convenient for internal cleaning while maintaining neat appearance.
The assembled bench countertop bears a total load of 300kg per square meter. All steel surfaces are treated with acid washing, phosphating and plastic spray anti-rust coating. Cabinet doors and drawer panels are all double-layer hollow cold-rolled steel plates with integrally molded steel handles for easy operation. Equipped with joint-venture three-section heavy-duty slide rails and height-adjustable steel foot pads with adjustment range 30–50mm.
