Product Features

  • Fully programmable hot plate. Multiple temperature values, heating rates and timing tasks can be edited and stored. Saved programs can be repeated 1 to 98 times or run infinitely as needed.
  • Automatic monitoring during program running. It supports up to 99 hours and 59 minutes timing operation with auto power-off function, no manual intervention required.
  • Support programmable and manual operation. Equipped with RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces for computer control and data recording. Optional chemical-resistant ceramic top plate or machined aluminum top plate for fast and accurate heating.
  • High-performance heating component, fast heating speed. The maximum working temperature can reach 500℃ within 20 minutes.
  • Adopts high-efficiency thermal insulation material, which allows the device to work on common workbenches.
  • Two control modes available. Ordinary temperature controller keeps the plate at a constant set temperature.
  • Programmable controller can set heating temperature, holding time and heating rate freely.
  • Up to 5 stages of heating, cooling and stopping can be set, and each stage can last up to 5 hours and 59 minutes.

Safety Operation Notes

  • Equipped with single-chip microcomputer temperature control system, it automatically matches heating rate and holding power to ensure high temperature control stability and accuracy.
  • Ideal for pre-treatment of samples before microwave digestion, acid removal after digestion and heating various laboratory vessels.
  • Place the equipment on a flat and heat-resistant workbench.
  • The plate and surrounding area will be extremely hot during operation. Keep flammable items away to prevent fire. Operate carefully to avoid scalds.
  • Do not operate continuously for more than 12 hours. Continuous operation above 300℃ shall not exceed 8 hours to extend service life.
  • Check the status of heated objects in real time and adjust temperature properly to avoid damage.
  • Cut off the power supply and wait for full cooling to room temperature before moving or touching the device.
  • Disconnect power when the equipment is not in use.
