Custom Cast Aluminum Heating Plates

• Adopts tubular heating elements as heat source, formed by precision bending and centrifugal casting with high-quality aluminum alloy

1. Working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value; relative air humidity shall not exceed 95%, no explosive or corrosive gases allowed.
2. The wiring part must be placed outside the heating and insulation layer, and the housing shall be effectively grounded. Avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture. Lead wires shall withstand long-term temperature and heating load; do not over-tighten the terminal screws.
3. Store the heater in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ after long-term storage, bake it in an oven at around 200℃ for 5–6 hours to restore normal performance, or power on at reduced voltage until insulation resistance recovers.
4. Fix the heater properly, and the effective heating area must be closely fitted with the heated body. Dry heating is strictly prohibited. Clean dust or contaminants on the surface in time to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening service life.
5. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end shall be protected from pollutants and moisture infiltration in the use site to prevent electric leakage accidents.

Process: Uses Cr20Ni80 resistance wire as heating element, natural or artificial powdered mica sheet as insulation layer, wound and assembled with stainless steel, iron or copper sheet as outer heat conductor. Can be made into ring, plate and various special-shaped products.
