Cast aluminum heater uses tubular heating elements as heat source, molded by high-quality alloy via centrifugal casting. Available in round, flat, right angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and special shapes. It fits closely with heated objects. Surface load: 1-3W/cm², working temp: 300-450.

III. Operating Instructions & Cautions

  1. Working voltage ≤ 10% of rated; humidity ≤95%, no explosive/corrosive gas.
  2. Wiring outside heating/insulation layer; casing must be grounded. Avoid contact with corrosive media and water.
  3. Store in dry area. Bake at 200℃ for 5-6h if insulation resistance is below 1MΩ.
  4. NO DRY BURNING. Keep surface clean to ensure heat dissipation.

Q1: Can the heating plate control temperature?
  • Smart temperature-adjustable model: Built-in thermocouple / PT100 sensor + PID controller, supports stepless temperature adjustment from room temperature to 400℃. Temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1℃~±1.0℃, and it automatically maintains constant temperature after the target value is set.
  • Basic standard model: Only supports multi-level power adjustment (high / medium / low). It indirectly affects the heating rate by changing power, cannot lock a specific temperature value, and has large temperature fluctuation.
  • External temperature control solution: Some basic models have no built-in temperature control, but can be used with an independent temperature control socket / controller to realize on-off control and temperature monitoring through external devices, so as to indirectly manage temperature.
  • Purchase suggestion: Prioritize models marked with "temperature adjustable", "PID control" and digital display to match the accuracy requirements of different scenarios.

Q2: What is the maximum temperature of the heating plate?

Q3: What is high-temperature resistant stainless steel?
Core Principle

It relies on chromium and nickel content to achieve high-temperature oxidation resistance while maintaining structural strength.

Standard grades can work up to about 870℃; special heat-resistant alloys can work in extreme environments up to about 1150℃ without oxidation or loss of structural integrity.

Temperature Limits of Common Grades
  • Grade 304: Continuous service limit 925℃, intermittent service limit 870℃
  • Grade 316: Continuous service limit 925℃, intermittent service limit 870℃, with better corrosion resistance

Notes on High-Temperature Properties
  • Oxidation resistance is determined by chromium; high-temperature alloys have significantly higher chromium and nickel content.
  • Ordinary stainless steel loses tensile strength at high temperatures, prone to deformation and creep.
  • Austenitic stainless steels such as 304/316 will precipitate chromium carbide in the range of 450℃~750℃, greatly reducing corrosion resistance.
  • Duplex steel, martensitic steel and precipitation hardening steel are prone to severe embrittlement and hardness degradation at high temperatures, and should not be used in high-temperature environments.

Temperature Limits of Different Panel Materials

  • Ceramic / glass-ceramic: Uniform thermal conductivity and excellent chemical resistance, can withstand 450℃ ~ 550℃
