The ET-200ZK vacuum heating platform is designed for eutectic sintering of microwave devices, microwave assemblies and TR modules. It supports inert gas shielding, and the LCD control panel displays all process parameters clearly. The maximum heating temperature reaches 450℃. A glass viewing window with silicone rubber sealing achieves a vacuum level of 10⁻² mmHg. An air valve on the rear panel controls the optional silent rotary vane vacuum pump. A VACIOTEM-TV anti-backflow fitting is installed between the pump and the chamber to prevent vacuum oil from flowing backward.

1. Basic Product Features
- Equipped with a digital electronic temperature limiter, which displays temperature and time digitally. Temperature is adjustable from ambient+5℃ up to 450℃. Timed operation ranges from 1 minute to 999 minutes, or continuous operation is available.
- Sealed glass observation window with silicone gaskets, ultimate vacuum up to 10⁻² mmHg. Rear air valve controls the optional low-noise rotary vane vacuum pump. The VACIOTEM-TV vacuum fitting effectively prevents oil backflow.
- Stainless steel housing with polished aluminum alloy panel for reliable vacuum sealing. Bell-shaped tempered glass cover with silicone seal isolates the heating element. It is fitted with a PT100 temperature probe, vacuum connector and exhaust valve on the rear cabinet.
