3. Product Introduction
The stainless steel electric hot plate is professionally manufactured with special techniques. It is mainly used for sample baking, drying and various thermal tests, and is an essential instrument for biology, genetics, medical care and environmental protection industries. Adopting electric heating alloy wire as heating element, mica sheet as insulation material and stainless steel as heat conducting panel, it is one of the most common laboratory heating equipment. Its excellent corrosion resistance and uniform heating performance make it irreplaceable for many special experiments.
4. Operation Steps
- Clean the working surface thoroughly before and after use. No water droplets, dirt or foreign residues are allowed.
- Place sample bottles or other labware on the panel.
- Connect power supply and turn on the switch. The indicator light will light up and the hot plate starts working.
- Keep dedicated personnel on duty during operation.
- Cut off the power supply after finishing work.

5. Important Precautions
- Continuous working temperature shall be lower than 240℃, and instantaneous peak temperature shall not exceed 300℃.
- The hot plate can work under compression with auxiliary pressure plate for better thermal conduction. When working temperature is below 240℃, power density can reach 3W/cm².
- For adhesive mounting mode, allowable working temperature is below 150℃.
- For dry burning in suspended state, power density shall be less than 1W/cm² due to material temperature resistance limit; up to 1.4W/cm² for intermittent operation.
- Follow the principle: high power matches high voltage, low power matches low voltage. Special requirements are exempted.
