Cast aluminum heating plates & metal cast heaters adopt tubular heating elements as heat sources, available in multiple shapes: ラウンド, flat plate, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special custom profiles. After precision machining, the heater can closely fit heated workpieces.

• Cast Aluminum: Surface load 2.5–4.5 W/cm², max operating temperature 400–500℃
• Cast Copper: Surface load 3.5–5.0 W/cm², max operating temperature 600–700℃
• Cast Iron: Surface load 4.5–6.0 W/cm², max operating temperature 800–850℃

Metal cast heaters deliver highly uniform heat distribution. High thermal conductivity metal alloy guarantees even surface temperature and eliminates hot & cold spots on equipment. Advantages include long service life, excellent thermal insulation, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and anti-electromagnetic interference. Adding thermal insulation covers on outer heat dissipation surfaces and sintered infrared coating on inner surfaces can cut power consumption by 35%.

The unit consists of 8 core components: aluminum heating plate, stainless steel support frame, heating tubes, digital temperature controller, AC contactor, earth leakage main switch, adjustable leveling feet and mobile casters. One long edge of the working surface is fitted with a concave stainless steel liquid collection trough.

1. Heating platform made of high-density 6061-T6 aluminum plate with thickness of 40mm. It heats fast, delivers uniform temperature and maintains zero deformation under long high-temperature operation. T6 temper aluminum provides high hardness for extended service life. Deep drilling process allows heating tubes to be directly inserted into the plate. Total working table height: 750mm.
2. Imported OMRON precision digital temperature controller for automatic temperature regulation and constant temperature holding. Features high precision, multi-functional modes, stable performance and strong anti-interference. Max temperature 250℃, temperature error ±2℃, built-in temperature compensation function to ensure displayed temperature matches actual surface temperature.
3. Platform cabinet constructed from SUS304 stainless steel; no paint peeling or rust under standard working environments.
4. High-purity SUS304 stainless steel heating tubes, easy maintenance, low failure rate, high thermal efficiency, long service life and power saving. Rated operating voltage: 380V.
5. Liquid collection trough mounted on heating platform; mobile casters and adjustable leveling feet installed at equipment base for flexible movement and horizontal positioning.

1. Operating voltage shall not exceed 110% of rated voltage; relative air humidity ≤95%, no explosive or corrosive gas present in working environment.
2. Wiring terminals must be placed outside heating & insulation layers, and equipment housing must be reliably grounded. Avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and water. Lead wires must withstand long-term terminal temperature and heating load; do not over-tighten terminal screws during wiring.
3. Store cast metal heaters in dry locations. If insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ after long idle storage, bake the heater in an oven at ~200℃ for 5–6 hours to restore insulation performance, or energize under reduced voltage until insulation recovers.
4. Secure cast metal heaters with fixed positioning fixtures to ensure full tight contact between effective heating zone and workpiece; dry firing without load is strictly prohibited. Clean surface dust and contaminants immediately before use to prevent poor heat dissipation and shortened service life.
