High-temperature vacuum test heating stage with vertical furnace structure. It is built with a 600℃ heating plate inside. An observation window is installed on the front side. The left side is sealed with flexible bellows and equipped with an internal material taking mechanism. The right side connects to a glove box via a baffle valve, and a turbomolecular pump unit is mounted on the rear panel. 1. The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel, and the top cover is made of aluminum alloy.
2. One 100 mm viewing window; one vent valve and one relief valve on the left side.
3. One pressure gauge with a minimum reading of -0.1 MPa; one KF16 vacuum pumping angle valve.
4. One flexible bellows; one KF16 gas filling port; one reserved KF25 port; one temperature control cabinet.
5. This unit can also be installed and operated inside a glove box.
6. The heating plate with dimensions 50 mm × 50 mm is placed inside the vacuum chamber with ultimate vacuum up to 5×10⁻⁵ Pa.
7. Maximum working temperature reaches 800℃.
8. The whole equipment is docked with the glove box through a baffle valve.
9. Samples can be transferred from the glove box into the vacuum annealing furnace for heat treatment without exposure to ambient air.
