This series of explosion-proof temperature-controlled heaters are designed for heating in humid and watery environments, mainly used for winter thermal insulation in explosion hazardous locations and high-humidity working areas. The whole unit adopts fully cast aluminum alloy heat dissipation structure with low designed power load and large heat dissipation area, equipped with dual over-temperature protection devices.
1. Explosion-Proof Heating Plate Features
- The explosion-proof heating equipment consists of base, heating plate body, protective cover and power cord. The heating plate is fixed on the base via vertical supports, and a temperature controller is mounted on one end of the base. The heating plate and temperature controller are connected by heating coils, with a protective cover covering the upper part of the base.
- One side of the temperature controller passes through the protective cover and connects to the power cable. The adjusting shaft of the controller links with the adjusting switch on top of the cover. A probe wire with temperature sensor is connected to the controller inside the cover; the controller is enclosed in a sealed housing, and a heat insulation layer is arranged on the base beneath the heating plate.
