3. Safety Precautions
- Place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant workbench. Do not cover or touch the heating zone during operation to avoid fire or personal injury.
- Do not operate near flammable, explosive or combustible materials.
- Cut off the power supply and wait until the plate cools down to room temperature before moving the equipment.
- Always turn off the power when not in use to avoid accidents.
- Continuous working time shall not exceed 12 hours.
- Connect the power cord properly to the protective earth for personal safety.
- Slight yellow discoloration on the metal surface after long high-temperature heating is a normal material characteristic.
- Avoid contact with strong acids, alkalis and corrosive chemicals to prevent metal corrosion.
- This device is not waterproof; keep it away from moisture.

4. Operation Manual
4.1 Working Environment
- Power supply: Single-phase AC220V
- Ambient temperature: 0~55℃
- Humidity: below 90%RH, no condensation
4.2 Temperature Setting
- Short press the * parameter key for 0.5s to enter temperature setting mode. One digit will flash. Use arrow keys to modify values and shift positions. Short press the * key again to save and exit. Settings will be stored permanently even after power off.
- The 4-digit digital display supports decimal shifting. Adjust digits with up/down keys, then short press the parameter key to save all values.
- Temporary overshoot before temperature stabilization is normal. Wait until the reading stabilizes before starting the experiment.
4.3 Basic Operation
- Turn on the main switch. Solid red light means continuous heating; flashing light means approaching target temperature; intermittent flash means constant temperature is reached.
- Upper PV window = measured actual temperature; lower SV window = preset target temperature.
- Up/down arrow keys adjust the value; left arrow moves the decimal point.
- No extra confirmation is required; the unit will automatically maintain the set temperature.
4.4 Temperature Offset Calibration
If there is deviation between displayed reading and actual plate temperature:
- Long press the * key until “SHP” appears, then keep pressing until “SCB” is shown.
- Use up/down keys to input positive or negative offset value.
- Long press the parameter key again to save and exit.
Example: If the actual temperature is 10℃ lower than the reading, set PB -10.0; if 10℃ higher, set PB +10.0. All factory parameters are pre-calibrated and generally do not need user modification.
5. Fault Diagnosis
- No power on startup: Check power plug and fuse.
- Display value unchanged, no heating: Heating element is broken; please contact us for replacement.
- High reading on upper window with “HHHH” or “LLL” on lower window: Thermocouple open circuit or controller failure.
