LED Aluminum Substrate Soldering Process

Incoming Inspection → Solder Paste Printing → Mounting → Curing → Constant Temperature Soldering → Cleaning → Inspection → Reworkautomatic hot plate

LED Chip Soldering Operation Steps

  1. Connect power and set the required temperature (e.g. Sn64Bi35Ag1: melting point 172℃, set to 220℃).
  2. When the display reaches the set value, wait a few minutes for temperature stability.
  3. Print solder paste on the aluminum substrate and place LED chips on it.
  4. Put the aluminum substrate on the heating plate.
  5. When the solder paste melts completely (30-50 seconds), remove the substrate. Cooling completes soldering.
