Operation Steps
- Connect power and turn on the front switch.
- SV = set temperature; PV = actual temperature. Use SET + arrow keys to adjust.
- For BGA / FPC / single-side PCB repair to avoid component damage.
- Adjust temperature based on chip size, thickness, solder material.
- BGA: 230℃ for 10–15 seconds only.
- Place BGA on heater; remove to cooling plate after solder melts.
- Calibrate temperature regularly.
- Contact maintenance for abnormalities; do not disassemble.
