1. ETOOL Design & Performance
- 1. Equipped with original Yudian PID intelligent digital temperature control system. Features high precision, fast temperature recovery, no overshoot and outstanding stability. Safe, simple and intuitive operation.

Structure & Operation Instructions
- 1. The heating panel is made of 20mm thick premium aluminum profile with mirror-like smooth surface. Fixed by 4 screws for easy disassembly, facilitating daily maintenance and heating element replacement.
- 2. 1.5mm thick 304 mirror stainless steel plate adopts thermal reflection design to save energy and block heat transfer to the cabinet. The internal cabinet temperature is kept around 40℃ to extend the service life of internal wires and components.
- 3. 304 stainless steel support columns keep the panel horizontal. The main cabinet is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate with high-temperature baked metal paint, featuring anti-fade and anti-peeling performance for more than 5 years.
- 4. Heating switch: Turn on the switch, and the panel will heat up to the set constant temperature.
- 5. Heating indicator light: Steady light means the temperature has not reached the set value; flashing light means constant temperature status.
- 6. Power indicator light: Lights up when connected to 220V power supply. No light indicates power failure.
- 7. PID microcomputer intelligent temperature controller with automatic parameter adjustment. Dual digital tube display with decimal point. Temperature control accuracy up to 0.2℃, stable operation and 5-year design service life.
- 8. Parameter setting key: Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter setting mode.
- 9. Decimal shift key: Switch digit position for value modification.
- 10. Down key: Decrease the set temperature.
- 11. Up key: Increase the set temperature.

Maintenance & Safety Precautions
- 1. Place the equipment on a flat and heat-resistant workbench during operation. Do not cover or touch the heating area to avoid scalding or fire risks.
- 2. Do not use the equipment near flammable gas or combustible materials.
- 3. Cut off the power supply and cool down to room temperature before moving the equipment.
- 4. This is high-temperature equipment. Cut off power when not in use to prevent accidents.
- 5. The maximum continuous working time shall not exceed 12 hours.
- 6. Connect the ground wire reliably for personal safety.
- 7. Slight yellow discoloration after long-time high-temperature use is a normal characteristic of metal materials.
- 8. Avoid contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances to prevent metal corrosion.
- 9. The equipment is not waterproof. Please keep it dry during use and storage.
