1. Product Features

  1. Adopts original Yudian PID AI digital temperature controller, featuring high precision, safe and simple operation.
  2. Equipped with high-quality Solid State Relay (SSR), its service life is 100 times longer than traditional contact relays.
  3. Multiple high-grade stainless steel heating tubes, low failure rate and easy maintenance.
  4. Solid aluminum working panel with high thermal conductivity, fast heating and even temperature distribution.
  5. The whole housing is made of SUS304 stainless steel. No paint peeling or rusting under normal working conditions.
  6. Built-in cooling fan and heat dissipation windows. The control system cannot work continuously above 45°C for long-term use. Some low-cost heating plates on the market are not equipped with cooling devices.

4. Operation Guide for SMD Desoldering

  1. Set working mode and target temperature according to PCB size and soldering requirements.
  2. Turn on the heating switch (WARM). The temperature will rise. When reaching the set value, wait for a moment to ensure even temperature across the plate.
  3. Place the PCB with SMD components on the heating plate. After the solder melts, remove SMD parts with tweezers or vacuum pen.
  4. After operation, take away the PCB, turn off the heating switch and main power supply.
