Product Structure
Composed of 8 parts: aluminum plate, stainless steel bracket, heating tube, temperature controller, AC contactor, leakage switch, adjustable feet & movable casters. A concave stainless steel diversion groove is designed on the working platform.

- Heating platform: High-density 6061-T6 aluminum plate (40mm thickness), fast heating, uniform, no deformation at high temperature.
- Temperature controller: Imported OMRON digital display, automatic constant temperature, accuracy ±2℃, max 250℃, with temperature compensation.
- Body: SUS304 stainless steel, no rust, no paint peeling.
- Heating tube: High-quality 304 stainless steel, high efficiency, low failure rate, 380V.
- With diversion groove, movable casters & leveling feet.

V. Operating Instructions
- Connect power, turn on POWER switch. Power indicator lights up.
- Turn on HEAT switch. Indicator ON = heating; Flashing = constant temperature.
- After use: turn off HEAT first. Do not touch hot surface. Wait 1 hour for cooling, then turn off POWER.
