4.1 Pre-operation Degreasing Treatment

  1. Connect power supply and turn on main power switch.
  2. Glass fiber base contains residual surface grease. Heat up slowly until white smoke emerges, then cut off power. Repeat the cycle several times after smoke dissipates to fully volatilize grease. The plate surface will turn brown then back to off-white; slight yellow discoloration on the edge without heating elements is normal. The unit is ready for formal use after full degreasing.

4.2 Formal Operating Steps

  1. Place test samples on the heating surface.
  2. Switch on power supply.
