5. Application Case: LED Bead Soldering
Operating steps for soldering LED beads on aluminum substrates:
- Print solder paste on the soldering pads of the aluminum substrate;
- Place LED beads onto the printed solder paste;
- Heat the aluminum substrate; heat conducts evenly to melt the low-temperature solder paste;
- The solder paste melts and completes the soldering process.
6. Operating Instructions
- Connect power supply and turn on the main power switch. The power indicator stays on to show power is connected.
- Turn on the heating switch. Solid red light means continuous temperature rise; flashing red light means constant temperature mode with intermittent heating.
- After use, turn off the heating switch first. The power light remains on as a warning that the plate is still hot, do not touch the surface. Wait at least one hour for full natural cooling before cutting off the main power.

7. Safety Precautions
- Use 220VAC power with a grounded three-hole socket and leakage protection switch.
- Only professional technicians may open the cabinet or modify internal wiring.
- Never touch the hot plate surface directly to avoid burns.
- Cut off power if the equipment will be unused for a long time.
- Do not block the side air intake vents of the cooling fan.
- Unplug the power cord before replacing the fuse to prevent electric shock.
Additional Notes
- Make sure the power cord is fully inserted into the rear socket; poor contact will cause burning damage to the power jack.
- The actual temperature may overshoot the set value by 3~5℃ when starting up; it will stabilize after several minutes. This overshoot improves overall surface uniformity.
- White smoke and slight odor from residual machining oil inside screw holes are normal during the first few heating cycles and will disappear after repeated use.
- Slight cracking noise comes from thermal expansion and contraction of heating tubes rubbing against the mounting plate; this is normal and safe.
- Each unit has passed a 24-hour aging test at the factory. We shall not be liable for equipment damage or personal injury caused by unauthorized modification of internal parameters.
