I. Product Introduction – Cast Aluminum Heating Plate
Cast aluminum heating plate is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat distribution. It is made of metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring uniform temperature on the heating surface and eliminating hot and cold spots of equipment.
It features long service life, good thermal insulation, strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and anti-magnetic properties. By adding insulation devices on the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared on the inner surface, it can save up to 35% energy.
The resistance wires adopt imported nickel-chromium wires with high-quality insulation materials. The heaters feature reasonable design, fine processing, high precision, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability.

III. Operation & Maintenance
- First check if the power voltage matches the rated voltage of the product. If not, use a matching power supply.
- For safety, ensure the equipment is reliably grounded.
- If the heater has been stored for more than 3 months, dry it intermittently: heat for 10 minutes and stop for 30 minutes, repeat 3-4 times to remove moisture inside the elements.
- Store the heater in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and corrosion.
