Cast aluminum heating plates & metal cast heaters adopt tubular heating elements as heat sources, available in multiple shapes: round, flat plate, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special custom profiles. After precision machining, the heater can closely fit heated workpieces.

4. Mechanical Structure of Large Heating Plate Unit
The unit consists of 8 core components: aluminum heating plate, stainless steel support frame, heating tubes, digital temperature controller, AC contactor, earth leakage main switch, adjustable leveling feet and mobile casters. One long edge of the working surface is fitted with a concave stainless steel liquid collection trough.

- Platform cabinet constructed from SUS304 stainless steel; no paint peeling or rust under standard working environments.
- High-purity SUS304 stainless steel heating tubes, easy maintenance, low failure rate, high thermal efficiency, long service life and power saving. Rated operating voltage: 380V.
- Liquid collection trough mounted on heating platform; mobile casters and adjustable leveling feet installed at equipment base for flexible movement and horizontal positioning.
6. Safety Operation Guidelines
- Operating voltage shall not exceed 110% of rated voltage; relative air humidity ≤95%, no explosive or corrosive gas present in working environment.
- Wiring terminals must be placed outside heating & insulation layers, and equipment housing must be reliably grounded. Avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and water. Lead wires must withstand long-term terminal temperature and heating load; do not over-tighten terminal screws during wiring.
- Store cast metal heaters in dry locations. If insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ after long idle storage, bake the heater in an oven at ~200℃ for 5–6 hours to restore insulation performance, or energize under reduced voltage until insulation recovers.
- Secure cast metal heaters with fixed positioning fixtures to ensure full tight contact between effective heating zone and workpiece; dry firing without load is strictly prohibited. Clean surface dust and contaminants immediately before use to prevent poor heat dissipation and shortened service life.
