This unit is equipped with a fast-rise flat heating element, which enables reliable soldering and desoldering of all types of SMD components including SOP, SOJ, QFP, PLCC and BGA. It adopts a closed-loop PID temperature control system with high accuracy up to ±1℃, effectively avoiding component burnout caused by unstable temperature.
