This burn-proof hot plate is surrounded by bakelite insulation boards to prevent scald injuries when operators accidentally touch the high-temperature surface. It is a humanized safety design. Compact structure and simple operation. It heats up rapidly with maximum temperature up to 400°C. Equipped with high-precision microprocessor chips, this unit is widely used for digestion experiments operated independently by university students. It adopts high-precision digital temperature controllers manufactured by Xiamen Yudian, a well-known brand with reliable quality and up to 24 months of warranty period. The core heating elements are stainless steel heating tubes wound with imported resistance wire, which have more than double the service life of ordinary heating tubes under identical working conditions. Models designed for 450°C high temperature are fitted with fully imported heating tubes for longer service life. The whole housing is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which delivers far better rust resistance than painted iron sheet or SUS201 material.
