5. Standard Operation Procedures

  1. Connect power supply and turn on the main power switch. The power indicator light stays on to signal power input.
  2. Toggle the heating switch to start operation. Steady heating lamp = continuous temperature rise; flashing lamp = constant temperature mode with intermittent heating cycles.
  3. After usage, turn off heating switch first to stop heat output. Power light remains illuminated as warning — do not touch hot surface. Wait at least 1 hour for full cooling before cutting main power.Stainless Steel Heating Plate

6. Safety Precautions

  1. Rated voltage AC220V; must use grounded 3-prong socket with residual current circuit breaker.
  2. Do not open casing or modify internal wiring without professional training.
  3. Never touch hot heating plate surface directly to avoid scald injury.
  4. Disconnect full power if leaving site or long-term idle storage.
  5. Unit equipped with air cooling system; do not block side air intake vents.
  6. Unplug power cord fully before replacing fuse tube to prevent electric shock hazards.

7. Warranty Terms

  1. 1-year free full-unit warranty under normal operating conditions excluding man-made damage; heating tubes covered under 6-month warranty.
  2. Paid lifetime maintenance service available once warranty expires.

Important Reminders

  1. Fully insert power cable into rear socket and confirm tight connection; loose contact may cause sparking and damage power port.
  2. Initial heating may overshoot set temperature by 3–5℃, then stabilize after several minutes. This design improves overall temperature uniformity of the plate.
  3. Residual machining oil inside screw holes will vaporize under high temperature, generating white smoke and slight odor — this is normal and will fade after several hours of operation.
  4. Minor clicking sounds during heating are caused by thermal expansion & contraction of heating tubes against mounting plates; no safety risks, safe to operate continuously.
  5. All units complete 24-hour aging testing before factory shipment. Unauthorized modification of internal parameters voids warranty; our company bears no liability for equipment failure or personal injury caused by improper manual parameter adjustment.
