1. Connect power supply and turn on main power switch. Solid green power indicator lamp lights up to confirm power input.
2. Toggle heating switch to activate the unit. Steady red heating lamp = continuous temperature rise; flashing red lamp = constant temperature mode with intermittent heating cycles.
3. After finishing operation, turn off heating switch first to stop heat output. The green power lamp remains illuminated as safety warning — do not touch hot surface. Wait at least 1 hour for the working plate to fully cool down before cutting main power supply.

Important Reminders

1. Fully insert power cord into rear jack and confirm tight connection; loose contact may cause sparking and damage power socket.
2. Initial heating may overshoot set temperature by 3–5℃ and stabilize after several minutes. This design improves overall surface temperature uniformity of hot plate.
3. Residual machining oil inside screw holes will vaporize under high temperature, generating white smoke and slight odor — this is normal and will fade after long-time operation.
4. Minor clicking sounds during heating are caused by thermal expansion & contraction of heating tubes against mounting plates; no safety risks, safe for continuous operation.
5. All units complete 24-hour continuous aging test before factory shipment. Unauthorized modification of internal parameters voids warranty; our company shall not bear liability for equipment failure or personal injury caused by improper manual parameter editing.
