Type & Specification Description
Electric heating plate types are distinguished by suffix letters:
- F: Split-type (total height 65MM)
- B: With external anti-scald protection device
- G: High-temperature model, max working temperature 450℃
- TG: Extra-high-temperature model, max working temperature 500℃
- BC: Programmable temperature control heating plate, 30-segment programming, heating rate control, constant temperature time control, linear cooling
- JS: Timer-controlled heating station, set heating time, auto stop heating and alarm
- XF: Vacuum adsorption platform, round hole design available; non-standard customization and 110V voltage are supported

Operating Instructions
- Connect power and turn on the power switch. The green power indicator lights up, indicating the device is powered.
- Set temperature: Adjust the set value via the control panel keys. Press X to decrease, S to increase; long press for fast adjustment. Press Y to move the cursor for quick data modification.
- Turn on the heating switch. The red heating indicator lights up (heating) or flashes (constant temperature).
- After use: Turn off the heating switch first. Wait for the platform to cool completely (1 hour recommended), then turn off the power switch.
Troubleshooting
- No power on: Check fuse and power socket
- No heating / temperature display unchanged: Heating element broken
- PV display shows “”ORT”” alternately: Temperature sensor open circuit
