1. Energy-Saving Principle of Far-Infrared Heater

Energy saving is realized by a cured thermal coating formed on the radiation surface of the heater. Featuring high surface emissivity and blackbody absorptivity, the coating absorbs massive radiant heat and converts it into far-infrared thermal energy easily absorbed by workpieces, transmitted in the form of electromagnetic waves.

Micron-grade thermal coating is thick with large thermal resistance and high reflectivity. When applied on oven panels, it recovers dissipated heat and radiates far-infrared energy into the oven cavity. The heat is absorbed by workpieces instead of moisture, retaining heat inside the chamber. It lowers moisture exhaust temperature, raises internal temperature and maximizes heat utilization efficiency.
