1. Two Standard Models & Design Background

Two mainstream temperature versions are available: 350℃ bake hot plate and 600℃ bake hot plate. Custom-developed to match the characteristics of sol-gel thin-film process technology. The core heating plate component is imported from the United States, paired with high-quality Omron digital temperature controller. Full machine assembly, wiring and calibration are completed in-house by Shenzhen Bangqi Chuangyuan Technology.

The 350℃ model is widely deployed in electronics, chemical industrial enterprises, scientific research institutes and educational institutions for thermal aging tests, temperature cycling experiments, drying, baking, disinfection and general heat treatment testing.

2. Mechanical Structure of 350℃ Photoresist Bake Hot Plate

The 350℃ model consists of three major assemblies: cabinet frame, heating assembly and electrical control system.

1. Cabinet assembly: main frame, outer protective cover and top lid

2. Heating assembly: heating platen, heating elements, thermal insulation layer and heat isolation barrier

3. Electrical control system: digital temperature controller, relay, K-type thermocouple, power switch, status indicator light, cooling fan and power socket.

Temperature controller, power switch and indicator lights are mounted on the front operation panel; cooling fan is installed on the rear cabinet wall; all other electrical components are fixed on the internal bottom base plate.

6. Equipment Working Principle

The core induction heating principle relies on a primary coil with numerous turns and a low-turn secondary coil wound around the same iron core. The voltage ratio between input and output equals the coil turn ratio while total energy remains conserved. As a result, the secondary coil generates high current under low voltage output, releasing massive thermal energy.

For induction heating systems, the bearing serves as a short-circuited single-turn secondary winding, generating high current under low AC voltage and producing intensive heat, while the heater body and magnetic yoke stay at ambient temperature. This induction method magnetizes metal workpieces; full demagnetization is required post-heating to avoid magnetic metal debris adhesion. All ETOOL induction heating platforms feature automatic demagnetization function.

The photoresist bake hot plate utilizes eddy current heating effect inside metal under alternating electromagnetic fields, widely adopted for metal thermal treatment. Thick metal substrates placed inside alternating magnetic fields generate closed-loop eddy currents via electromagnetic induction. The circulating eddy currents inside the metal release Joule heat, rapidly raising the workpiece temperature.

This equipment also acts as energy-saving preheating & secondary reheating unit for fuel oil combustion systems, installed upstream of combustion equipment. It heats fuel oil to 105℃–150℃ to reduce viscosity, achieve complete atomization and full combustion, realizing energy conservation.
